How to capture video from DV?
| Step1. Connect your mini-DV camera to your computer using a FireWire cable. |

| Step2. Turn on your mini-DV camera. |
Step3. Open Capture Video
In the Movavi VideoSuite main window, choose 'Capture Video' to launch the application.

Step4. Select the folder where you want to save the captured video, name the file will be saved.

| Step5. Preview the video stored on your DV camera and select the starting point of the
segment you want to save to your computer. |
Note: To capture a snapshot, just click the button  . All snapshots will be saved in the folder you defined for your captured video. |
| Step6. Start Capture |
| Click Start Capture.
At the end of the segment to be captured, click Stop Capture. |
| Note: The captured video will be saved in the defined folder in the DV-AVI format. |
